Terms and Conditions for Replacement

1. Unboxing Video (Mandatory):
A clear, uninterrupted unboxing video must be recorded at the time of opening the package. This is required for any replacement request.

2. Notification Period for Replacement:
You must inform us within 7 working days of receiving the item. Requests made after this period will not be accepted.

3. Required Information:
To initiate a replacement, please share the following:

The Unboxing Video
Clear reason for the replacement request based on criteria below

Eligible Reasons for Replacement

Wrong Item Received: Incorrect size, color, or product.
Damaged Item: Product received in visibly damaged condition.

Approval and Shipping Process for Replacement

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

You will receive a confirmation message.
You must courier the original item back to us at your own expense.
Once received, we will ship the replacement free of cost.

Refund Policy (Special Cases Only)

Refunds may be approved under special circumstances with the following terms:

Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of delivery.
The item must be returned in original, unused condition.
Once the returned item is picked up and received, the refund will be initiated within 7 to 10 working days.
The refund amount will be the invoice total minus applicable shipping charges.
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method.
